The Spring Launch will soon be upon us. We are making a schedule so that you can enjoy the boating season as long as possible.

Our first week of launch will be the week of April 18th, 2022 (weather permitting). We will be scheduling the launches by the week, please have your boat ready on the Monday of your launch week. If we shrink-wrapped your boat, we will be removing it prior to launch.

THE WEEK OF APRIL 18TH IS FULL. YOU WILL NOT SEE THAT DATE AS AN OPTION. PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER WEEK.

- I have read the following statements and agree to these terms: Owner assumes responsibility for the vessel and shall, at his own cost, insure against all hazards and damages arising from fire, accidents, thefts, vandalism, acts of third parties, causes unknown, or acts of Nature including the elements, and hereby agrees that Winona Marina shall not be liable for the vessel, nor shall a claim be made against Winona Marina in the event of any of the foregoing or like hazards, damages, or losses occur. Winona Marina is not responsible for cold weather damage occurring prior to the service department winterizing your boat. Default in payment shall authorize WInona Marina to maintain a lein on said vessel. A finance charge will be added to all accounts that become 30 days past due of 1.5% per month or annual percentage rate of 18%.

Yearly Recommended Spring Maintenance For Your Boat:

Inboard Boats

1. Change engine oil & check tune-up.
2. Check belt conditions.
3. Change water pump impeller every 2-3 years.
4. Check transmission fluid.
5. Change transmission fluid every 300 hours.
6. Check prop shaft alignment.
7. Check prop as needed.
8. Load test battery. (Average battery lasts 3-5 years in a boat).
9. Check bilge pump operation.
10. Check bilge lower operation.
11. Change fuel filters.

Stern Drive Boats

1. Change engine oil and check tune-up.
2. Check belt condition.
3. Load test battery.
4. Stern Drive
a. Pull and grease U-joints.
b. Change drive oil.
c. Inspect bellows.
d. Change rubber water pump impeller (every 2-3 years).
e. Inspect gimble bearing.
f. Install new drive gaskets.
5. Check bilge pump operation.
6. Check bilge blower operation.
7. Change fuel filters.

Outboard Boats

1. Change lower unit lube.
2. Change water pump impeller (every 2-3 years).
3. Check tune-up.
4. Load test battery. (Average battery lasts 3-5 years in a boat).
5. Check bilge pump operation.
6. Check bilge blower operation.
